The system is established to support PACIFICTECH publication initiatives, with primary focus on the Journal of Biodiversity, Climate Change and Sustainable Development, while also providing a flexible platform for other scholarly and professional publication formats. These may include conference proceedings, special issues, policy papers, education and training studies, technical reports, extension publications, and community-based research outputs.

Aims and Scope- The PACIFICTECH Journals Submission System aims to provide a credible and inclusive publishing venue for original, relevant, and impactful works that advance knowledge and practice in areas related to biodiversity, climate change, sustainable development, environmental safety, innovation, and community resilience.
Its key aims are to:
